Twain Capital Partners provides flexible, short-term, full recourse debt to cover acquisition, ownership and predevelopment expenses on land in target markets throughout the country.

All debt is secured by a first mortgage lien on the property with initial terms ranging from 6 - 12 months plus extension options.

Twain Capital Partners works with national C-PACE lenders to offer a complimentary mortgage lending product offering up to 70% combined loan-to-cost (LTC).

Twain Capital Partners will consent to C-PACE financing for up to 50% of the total property-secured debt.

Twain's C-PACE subordinated loans offer non-recourse financing on multifamily development projects in all eligible C-PACE states.
