Dylan Erwin is Vice President of Underwriting at Twain Capital Partners and assists with the firm’s underwriting and due diligence efforts across all product offerings.
Before Twain, Dylan served on the debt and equity team at Northmarq, underwriting stabilized multifamily properties for agency debt executions and retail, office, and industrial assets for life company executions. Prior to Northmarq, Dylan served on the asset management team at SitusAMC, supporting institutional clients including Argentic and Affinius Capital with their nationwide portfolios.
