Matt Fisher is Senior Vice President and Head of Originations at Twain Capital Partners, where he leads the firm’s business development and transaction origination efforts. He brings nearly 25 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, with expertise spanning both debt and equity investments.
Prior to joining Twain Capital Partners, Matt served as a Director at Guggenheim Investments within the firm’s Real Estate Investment Group. In that role, he led structured limited partner equity investments, oversaw valuation efforts across the real estate portfolio and supported strategic investor relations initiatives.
Before Guggenheim, Matt spent more than a decade with U.S. Bank’s Impact Finance Group, where he held business development and asset management responsibilities across a diverse range of asset classes. He began his career in traditional commercial real estate lending, building a strong foundation in credit analysis, underwriting and capital markets.
